These terms govern use of the Toms Plumbing and Heating NY website and engagement of our Plumbing services.
Service Agreement
Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to perform the described Plumbing work under stated conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made for larger Plumbing installations.
Warranty
Workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of service completion on qualifying repairs.
Cancellation
Customers must provide 24 hours notice to cancel scheduled Plumbing appointments without fee.
Liability Limits
Toms Plumbing and Heating NY is not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during service.
Access Requirements
Clients must provide safe access to Plumbing fixtures and pipes for technicians to perform work.
Code Compliance
All installations meet current New York state Plumbing codes and local municipal requirements.
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements will first be addressed through direct communication with our management team.
Website Use

Modification Rights
We reserve the right to update these terms and will notify users of material changes via the website.
